This is an informational translation. Only the Czech version of these terms and conditions is legally binding.
These terms and conditions (the “terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between Superman Biohack s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 10881662, registered at Pitterova 2855/7, 130 00 Praha 3 (the “seller”), and any person who purchases goods from the seller through the online store at supermanbiohack.com (the “buyer”). The seller is not a VAT payer.
These terms form an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online store. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood these terms and agree to them in full.
The seller reserves the right to amend these terms to a reasonable extent. For any given order, the version of the terms in effect at the time the order is submitted always applies.
All goods offered in this store (peptides, injection pens and related products) are intended exclusively as laboratory and collector material for scientific, research and analytical purposes. The goods are not a medicine, dietary supplement, cosmetic or veterinary product and are not intended for human or animal consumption, application into the human body, or any use outside a controlled laboratory environment.
By completing an order, the buyer expressly confirms that they have been clearly informed of the above nature of the goods, that they are purchasing the goods as a collector's/laboratory item at their own responsibility, and that they are over 18 years of age. The seller bears no responsibility for how the buyer or a third party handles the goods after receiving them — this is solely the buyer's concern.
The buyer undertakes not to use the goods contrary to the purpose stated above and not to pass them to persons whom they have reason to believe would use them in such a way.
The offer of goods in the online store is informational in nature, and the seller is not obliged to conclude a purchase contract regarding this goods. The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order and the seller confirms it (by automatic email after the order is submitted). Orders can also be placed without registration (as a guest).
Prices of goods are stated in Czech crowns (CZK) and are final (the seller is not a VAT payer). The indicative EUR conversion is for information only — the amount charged and binding is always the CZK amount. Goods can be paid for by:
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer only upon full payment of the purchase price.
Goods are delivered via the Zásilkovna (Packeta) carrier to a pickup point chosen by the buyer or to the buyer's address (depending on the chosen shipping method), within the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. Goods are shipped in thermo-insulated packaging with a cooling pack. We recommend collecting the shipment as soon as possible after notification of delivery to the pickup point, in order to preserve its quality.
In accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code, the buyer, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are unused, in undamaged original packaging with an intact protective seal.
Once the protective seal/packaging of the product is broken or the goods are unpacked, the right to withdraw from the contract under Section 1837(e) of the Civil Code ceases to apply — this is goods that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once the packaging is broken. This restriction applies solely to voluntary withdrawal “without giving a reason”; rights arising from defective performance (see point 7) are not affected by it.
If the buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they should contact the seller at info@supermanbiohack.com, stating the order number. The goods are returned at the buyer's own expense. The money will be refunded by the same method it was received, within 14 days of withdrawal, but no earlier than after the returned goods are received.
The seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods have no defects upon receipt — in particular, that they correspond to the order, are in the declared quantity, and are free from damage caused during transport. If the buyer discovers a defect, they should file a complaint without undue delay at info@supermanbiohack.com, including the order number and a description/photo of the defect. The complaint will be resolved within the statutory period.
Given the nature of the goods (see point 2), in particular their sensitivity to temperature and the need for uninterrupted cooling, the seller's liability does not extend to deterioration of the goods caused by improper storage by the buyer after receipt.
The seller processes the buyer's personal data (name, address, email, phone) solely for the purpose of processing the order, communicating about its status, and fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting). Data is not transferred to third parties other than those necessary for shipment delivery and payment processing. The buyer has the right to access their data, have it corrected or deleted — simply write to info@supermanbiohack.com.
In the event of a dispute between the seller and the consumer buyer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the buyer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended. If any provision of these terms is invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
