↩️ Returns and complaints

You can return unused goods in undamaged packaging with an intact protective seal within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Once the protective seal is broken, the right of withdrawal under the Civil Code ceases to apply (for health and hygiene reasons with this type of goods) — see the terms and conditions for details.

Report a damaged or incomplete shipment without undue delay to info@supermanbiohack.com with the order number and a photo of the defect. We will handle the complaint within the statutory period.
